ippt..sucks
Today..IPPT...
geez....lotsa geez...
cos never train...
and if u noe ...i just came back from thailand...
and if u knew more...
u should noe i didnt exercise much in thailand...
and i ate quite alot!!!!
hahahah...past few wks also feeed myself well...
without much exercise...less IHG trainings..and IVP trainings..
but not really counted..cos i dun run 2.4kms or do standing broad jumps...
so i was really scared i couldn't make it....
and the scare wasn't unfounded....

Well...i actually did my pull ups first and i did 10...didnt wanna strain my arms....for the rest of the stations...and i was aiming silver...so...yar..dun haolian..
then went to do my standing broad jump....
jump twice... first time i did 221...geez...not good enough..
second one worse...203 or something lidat...
sadness.....i was like sian diao more than 1/2 le...
then go do sit ups.....did 40...dunno why i bother...haha...
then shuttle run..10.0..just nice...5pts too
then i was like feeling so sad cos all stations did well..cept' my SBJ..
for wat?!
so...i went back to that station...and asked the PTI if i could try again...
he looked at me...and then....said...
ok..one last try....
on the mat i stood....half praying half concentrating on the other end of the mat which has no markings...
and then i jumped.....
to Buddha's blessings from above...
i did it! i did 225cm! wah...the relief in the heart....i so wanted to thank the PTI with a kiss...
but of cos i didnt...duh!
then waited for the most impt part of IPPT...2.4km run..
gee...zz...made us wait quite long...muscles became mussels liao..then start...
wah piang...want me to die...
i dunno why...but 1st round still ok...but after that...
second round...felt so nua....3rd round...felt like stopping...
of cos i didnt!
i was thinking of the $200!!!!!!!!!!hahahahahah
and also..the chance the PTI gave me...i couldn't waste it away by running a timing not of silver timing...!
so luckily i did...

but yes...i gotten my silver...
but after the run i really almost collapsed..haha
cos i never train...and the run was really too intense for me....
walking down from maju camp...i felt nauseous and giddy...
luckily by the time i got back i puked and felt better...
but i puked yellow liquid out...haha...prob my bile juice...
haha.....ke lian rite... just cos of the stupid $200...well..nvm..contented still! =)
Anyway!
at the camp the PTI of one...seemed really familiar...
he looked like the PTI in tekong when i was in BMT..
rem his name was Sazali or something lidat...he was chinese looking malay...so can rem..
but didnt noe he signed on...and still a PTI...hah...i think it's him...
and then those taking the IPPT too...
saw some familiar faces...
like an ex-BMT mate, my ex BMT Section mate guanghui!..and others...
Oh and i was taking with my hall fren weiliang from my floor one...Armour officer...i think...NSmen like me also lar..
then the ex BMT mate also officer..and SOH(sword of honour) sommore one...i noe he last time BMT v zai one...sure gold..then he did stations all 5points...then i was like ..sian diao...Gold Medalist liao le lar...again...scary...
sommore he same wave as me....
but then in the end...both of them just passed the 2.4only....
my fren weiliang came in 11.44 just missed by abit..n he's quite sad i think..
cos so near yet so far...
the SOH had timing of i think 12...i was v surprised...
mayb i just had that more determination and mental strength than them ba...=)
after all...$200 means alot to me...mauhahahaha!!! =P
but thanks to weiliang for accompanying me to take..
otherwise i faint or died-ed oso no one will noe...=)
