Rummages..
today woken up by my alarm clock..at 11am...on a off day...damn..haha
anyway...wanted to clean up my cupboard of old clothes and old stuffs which i never gotten down to doing.. hurhur!im really quite a sentimental kinda person la...i can't bear to like throw some things away..even though i dun even touch them or wear them anymore...things like my scouts uniform..tpjc and yjc P.E t-shirt...Recce t-shirt...ahah...etc...u get the pic...
Anyway was rammaging through my letters..to clear them also....and then realised i didnt want to throw away my Borders stuff...cos it carries alot of memories....haha..i kept the handbook (yes..borders got Staff Handbook one! haha) and i kept all my OT sheets...and payslips...haha!!! really lor...even the schedules i kept leh...can u believe it...anyway..i flipped open the folder to clear the stuff inside la...decided to throw away all the schedules and OT Forms(all the photocopied ones to prove to Joyce that i did OT....i rem lor tat B*tch hahA) then saw my payslips too...i was jus reminded like wow...how hard i used to work at Borders just to earn the money for myself...i saw the 11-11shift la....saw 8-8...haha...those madness 12hours shifts that i'd taken jus to earn that extra buck and how everyone commented im siao one...chiong so much OT...then i just took a look at my Payslips...my highest recorded pay was $1305 haha..before CPF deduction of cos....yar.....tats how much i chionged for work at Borders(imagine $6 an hour only or OT $9 haha) yea...i kinda missed the workaholic-ness in me...but tat kinda pay i really had to work alot to get more lor..haiz....for Pageone its diff..i get more pay($7 an hour) but then i can't do OT...only time i got OT was during Christmas period when it was really really CROWDed.
Dunno whether im happier over at Pageone with Higher pay/hr but lesser work or at Borders with Lower pay/hr but alot of work...im not quite sure..Facing quite a problem with the management at Pageone also...at least my team of colleagues and me...but i guess since i've came over le and i shouldn't regret ba..i might be getting lesser pay overall here cos can't really OT...but things are really quite slack here...i rem at Borders...everything's so stressed up and that go for a short break also must report kinda stuff...well..mayb i wont hit a $1300 at Pageone ever...but at least i still have my good frenz Rashidah and Taufiq here with me...Elaine n Trace both gone...but still RA/Fiq been my best companions...not forgetting Mel and Jun also..n also new found frenz of cos...
Rummages..haha...all my kept secrets and forgotten memories all inside...need to do more cleaning up...but well lazy....for one more day it shall be kept....for now...jus the Borders episode closed(i still kept the payslips afterall haha...told ya im sentimental...argh) onward... =)
