Kheen Khao@Thai Embassy
Wonderful experience i had last nite at the Thai Embassy...!Well of cos rite...who can proclaim that he/she had dinner at any of the embassies and with the Ambassador sommore! and i DID! at my favourite Thai Embassy..! We were invited by the Embassy thru SEA society...and since im a committee member so its only right i had the chance to attend such events! haha...yes! Actually we're supposed to meet up at 6pm at Orchard MRT...but alot of us were late....and we only went in at about 6.40pm? haha...yesh ultra late Uni Students....when we went in, there was a music performance using traditional thai instruments by both NUS students and also teachers from thailand.and not surprising..my Thai Tutor(who's the deputy head of languages in NUS), Ajarn(thai address for teachers) Titima, was there hosting the event...well...it was fun to see some1 familiar among the musicians...My fren Xinwei was among the musicians..haha....those NUS students that were playing actually took up this 2wk thai music course...and therefore the performance to conclude the course...Dinner was buffet styled...and really nice....food cooked thai styled...favourite...haha...then they had western stuffs too....like diff types of cheese etc.. nice... then Free Flow Red/White Wine...although i didnt drink haha..wasted rite...u pple must be jealous jealous..heeh....then also got free flow soft drinks and Vitamilk hehe...those that went Saiyok camp b4 would noe Vitamilk...haha...favourite...20Baht...well.....it was really nice to have this dinner...and boi...im Privileged to have attended it...yea man! MORE THAI EMBASSY EVENTS pls!! ahhaha... =XKheen Khao Leow Yang?Have u eaten ur Lunch/dinner? well....should try it at Thai Embassy..hehe.. =)Air Turbulence at 1:02 PM
