BAD DAY!!!DARK SAT..
today was a bad bad day...in total i had 3 Transaction Aborts and i had a couple of really difficult customers today..and not forgetting unhelpful colleagues..my goodness...wat did i do to deserve all these todaY!?I had alot of diff customers and asked Big Momma Jun (newly promoted to supervisor) to help me take the rest of the customers..then she said"need back up huh? i call qing wen.." i went stunt...u are jus here...why dun u jus help me clear the queue first and then go ahead with ur stuffs instead...and she was supposed to be my back up also...nvm..then there was a super big crowd near 2pm and there was no one to help me...and im supposed to KNOCK OFF AT 2PM!!but i didnt complain abt having to work past my knock off time..its jus tat how come when i page for help no one come forth?twice i paged in fact..i saw Big Momma Jun at reg 1 before the queue turned really terrible and there was already a queue when she was around..she didnt help...i didnt wanna ask her cos i noe she will say the same thing"i'll help u page for qingwen"...so i paged myself after she left the counter to see who response and no one helped me...later on i realised Qingwen went off at 2pm...couldnt she tell me?i couldnt close my counter at all cos of the crowd and i didnt want to jus close it and leave such a big queue to others so i told Karen i will hold on first..later on i asked Big Momma Jun why she didnt help and she said "oh cos im supposed to be at Info1 and then Chris was alone..." i jus think its an excuse...u see such a long queue in front of u and u cant come and help?at least help me page for assistance from supervisor?and to think she jus got promoted? i dun think much of it...Lets go into details abt customers...well...the transaction aborts i had was all due to the Bonus stamp redemption....One customer had like 8items of Special Order books and all are under shipping fees..and then cos Special orders are damn ma fan as u have to type in the titles urself..and also cos u have to put in shipping fees and also later on deduct the Deposit they had paid earlier for the books..and cos i wanted to deduct the deposit so i keyed in total...but i forgot she had the $30 bonus redemption and had to redo the whole transaction!!so trans ABORT..Another customer was near closing time when i was so frustrated with not getting any help and trying to do transactions double quickly to ease the line..then this cust who had 2 cards combining to 1card for the bonus redemption..i totalled the trans. once again without keying in the $30 off...and the customer was like so KaoPeh complaining that i had to do the trans again and that she waited so long...wats wrong with her..FUGLY CUSTOMER : I was going to stamp "PAID" on the newspapers of the customer that he was buying cos its a company policy...then he said "Don't,Don't do it"so i explained:"sorry sir we have to stamp on all our newspapers to verify that customers paid for the papers". Right Hand taking the stamp, "Don't do IT" he said again..nicely i replied "im sorry sir i have to" then he said :"do u stamp those on the books u sell?" i said no,then he replied"then don't do it"...so i turned and saw shereen and she told me nvm...Wats HIS F**KING prob with the papers?!he's not gonna eat them,nor is he going to collect the papers...so wats the prob with stamping it?cant u jus let pple do their job?btw the papers were already stamped with our company Stamp...so wats with having another stamp tat reads PAID???FUGLY CUSTOMERS...FSTUPID CUSTOMER: Paid for his transaction already was going to leave then suddenly said: "Since u all can have all the Dan Brown stuffs on display,why not put up the Bible on display as an answer for this rubbish?Can u pls help me to tell ur management to put up the Bibles on display instead as an alternative?" I went...erm ok...but deep down i was like thinking..."wats ur freaking problem with our display??wat we display has nothing to do with u unless we violate any freaking laws..not with ur freaking religion(This is jus in reference to the cust not the religion) ok...u cant impose ur freaking thinking on others..jus because u think tat its rite...unless we're really in the wrong" and anyway i did tell Tracy abt the thing. LAter on that Cust actually called us up just to comment on the display again...Wah tat 1 i cant take it..U think ur religion Is government ah can dictate pple wat to display and wat not...?and so wat if the Books he wrote contradicts with the Bible and questions the bible??Its jus a fiction book come on man..cant u jus take it with a pinch of SALT? really disgraceful of a christian to say such a thing eh..Mayb Dan Brown really might have distorted some facts...but if it got published and got to see the world and so well liked i dun think he has any right to say anything..Well,a few pple did felt my anger...No. 1 was our Mr Chin Wee....i jus finished closing go into Cash Office to count money then he haven count finish cos he counted wrongly or something...so he stayed behind to recount while Tracy brought Haider and Latifah out..so LAtifah was going out and she said to me enjoy ur day later and i said haha...ok i try u too...got the Geishas...then i dunno wats with that Chin Wee must come and Chup one leg and said:" i not interested in the Geishas lar...more interested in my money now" im was like "huh? since when im talking to u??and since when u have to answer to me??" i couldnt take it and i jus said"i think i was talking to Latifah jus now not u...." Ouch..yes...i was damn straight in the face slam him...but too bad...caught me on the wrong day...normally i wont say such things....although its not his first time...but yar...bad mood Mr Potato...dun blame me..Im SOrry for the Fierce and emotional-Charged entry...im jus really fed up with everything today...and everyone jus pissed me off...and sorry to the pple who caught the brunt of my anger..jus not my day...even when i bought New Paper today from Tracy she also charged me wrongly...charged me 80Cents...had to go back tell her..haiz bad bad day....pls let me have a better morning tomolo!!PLS!!Air Turbulence at 7:02 PM
