3rd daY~~and a lil of the past events i forgot
Hmm forgot to blog abt some stuffs yest...did i mentioned that my family became the targets of thefts recently??hmm i think so...my 2nd brother got stolen of his bag which was in a lorry on mon nite..and his lorry was locked up..he lost like quite alot few thousand dollars and his passport and his phones...PDA phone and another phone...quite ex one.....then the next day, my eldest brother girlfren went to TM and on the escalator some1 actually cut her bag and stole her handphone!!!in BROAD daylight!!my goodness...wat are pple up to these days?!and it was a malay couple behind her...she said tat prob cos they both quite big sized so covered up the scene from the public...but i was like..huh??TM lor...tampines Mall...the most crowded Shopping mAll in the East...the ORchard road of the EAST...so i think i gotta be more careful..before i become the next target in my family..Hmm next im gonna tell everyone is that...i can't give u all discounts when u buy stuff from me at my workplace ok??cos they're rather strict on the policy tat discounts only extended to immediate family. but of cos the other way to get around this is u can go my workplace to look at wat u need to buy and tell me...and i will try to get it for u if the stuffs doesnt like expose me...don't ask me to like buy CLEO or Female or some Cooking Books when its so obvious i wont get it lar...coooking books still can say mother want lor..haha..yes..but otherwise dun come to my workplace then see me at cash register then ask me to help u do transaction...i can do the transaction lar...but no discount only...haha~ =) yar..they're pretty strict here...not like WH SMITH...well its a diff company...ok...now on to today...did Register Training today...meaning cashiering lar...yea...rather str8 forward and easy...and yar like i said i prefer doing Reg..that training took the whole morning.. then had HR talk then we went lunch...after lunch i went 1hour of LIVE Info. That means facing customers at Info Counter...wah *sweat* it was like standing on hot pan...cos there were alot of customers asking for enquiries on books and some even doing special orders and we do take quite a while to process the things on our computers...and furthermore we need to answer calls..Those calls mostly also asking to check on certain books etc...so u cant attend to customers...and customers would look impatient and think why aren't you attending to him and on the phone instead..so i was pretty stressed...but im glad i got help from the rest...like Jun,Michelle and Faroukh...they were so nice...Faroukh saw me looking for something and asked...u need help?well tats nice colleagues... =)hmm Chin Wee did something funny today again...didnt mean to laugh but it was funny today lar...!!i tried my best ok!!trust me...we were to tkae the vcds and dvds out from the cover...u noe those plastic covers to prevent theft?yar...Haider(trainer) showed us how to take out using the mechanism and the mechanism u need to make use of the "needles" protruding to take the VCDs and DVDs out,leaving the cover with the mechanism. everything went ok..then next we had to take out BOX cover for like u noe those VCD or DVD SETs in a box kind. That as demonstrated was to use the magnetic key on the cover and press open the box can liao.. here's wat our dear fren did..he Used the key on it then afterwhich he tried to attach the "needles" on the box....and i jus couldnt help it and laughed..yes tats bad..im sorry....but it was funny...cos u didnt need tat mechanism at ALL!!and the action when he was trying to poke the box in...combination ...and justin was scheduled with Him at Info 3...and he was pleading with Haider to change...haha....i was laughing...haha...Stressed hour at Info counter 1 got my andrenaline rushed...but hey...it was nice...gotta put my english to use with all the caucasians calling and all...i had to speak real well and understanding them took an effort man...=) but i hope it goes well with practice...another day tomolo...reg training again...and i think info live again.. =)stay tuned for more stories...if there is....Air Turbulence at 7:13 PM
